Setting the controls
Be sure you understand the basics recipes from your MICRO MENUS*
1.Place food in the oven, then close the door. The oven won’t work if the door isn’t closed tightly.
4.Set the Variable Cook Power to the desired setting from HIGH to LOW. Some recipes call for lower Cook Powers for best results. [See chart) The lower the Cook Power, the slower the cooking.

2.Set cooking times up to 10 minutes by pushing in and turning the Timer Knob clockwise. To reduce the cooking time, push In and turn the Timer Knob coun- terclockwise. To set timer for less than 1 minute, turn Timer Knob past 1 minute then to desired time.
Recipes in the MICRO MENUS* Cookbook use Cook Power settings from HIGH to LOW. Recipes from other books and maga- zines may use different Cook Power percentages. The following chart may be helpful:
HIGH - 100% of full power
power
MED - 50% of full power
LOW - 15% of full power

l Set 20 minutes by push- ing up on the Wheel.
5.Push the STARTButton. The oven light will come on and cooking will begin. You will hear the fan running during oven operation.
When the set time is up, the oven will shut off automati- cally. You will hear a bell, the light will go off and the fan will stop.
To stop the oven
1.Push in and turn the Timer
Knob counterclockwlse to 00.00

2.Open the oven door
To restart the oven
1.Close the oven door
2.Set the Timer (if needed] to the desired cooking time.
3.Push the STARTButton.
