For best resutts, allow the food to stand for a while after defrosting. Thls helps equalize the temperature of the food to provide more even defrosting.
When COOK 1follows QUICK DEFROST,the oven automatically provldes a standlng ttme equal to the time touched In for QUICK DEFROSTCOOK. 1will begln after the automatic standlng ttme.
For cooklng automatically after defrosting:
1.Touch QUICK DEFROSTand deslred time.
2.Touch COOK 1.
3.Touch numbers for deslred cooking time.
4.Touch COOK POWER.(If you want to cook at high power, sklp to step 6.)
5.Touch a number for deslred Cook Power.
6.Touch START.
For a different standlng lime:
1.Touch QUICK DEFROSTand deslred time.
2.Touch CCCK 2.
3.Touch numbers for desired standlng tlme.
4.Touch CCCK POWER.
5.Touch “0”for zero Cook Power.
6.Touch START.
When QUICK DEFROSTis over, the oven will shut off. The Display will count down a standing time equal to the tlme touched in for QUICK DEFROST.Two beeps will sound. CCCK 1will start.
When QUICK DEFROSTis over, the oven will shut Off. TWO beeps will sound. The Display will count down the standlng tlme set In COOK 2 at zero Cook Power.
“End”will show on the Display and 4 beeps will sound when the cooking tlme or standlng ttme Is over.
