Self Service Administration

The Self Service administration area in CRM contains three tabs.

Visitor List. This tab enables you to view a list of registered and anonymous visitors and view and edit visitor profiles.

Self Service Configuration. This tab is used for specifying database connection settings.

Visitor Maintenance. This tab lets you manage your visitor list, ensuring that it does not get too long or unmanageable.

Visitor List

The Visitor List page lets you:

„View a list of anonymous and registered visitors to the Self Service Web site.
