Troubleshooting
Symptom | Possible Problem | Solution |
The power cord is not connected to a wall outlet and/or the power cord is not plugged into the AC inlet on the back of the M812 speaker. The power supply for the transmitter base is not connected to a wall outlet and/ or the DC connection is not made at the rear of the transmitter base.
Check that the AC power cord is fully seated in the AC inlet on the rear of the M812 speaker. Also check that the power adapter for the transmitter base is plugged in and connected to the DC input on the rear of the transmitter base.
No power to speaker or to transmitter base.

Turn on the speaker by pushing the power key located on right side of the unit or by using the supplied remote control. The display on the front of the speaker will illuminate. Turn the transmitter base on by pressing the POWER key on the front of the transmitter base. The LED will illuminate.
