A good heat seal is a complete circle with even thickness. If the seal looks incomplete or de- formed, repeat the vacuum seal- ing process in the exact same location.
When you are reusing a bag do not overlap the sealing circles as illustrated above. Sealing circles that are overlapping will not have an effective airtight seal.
*Note: You may overlap sealing circles if you are attempting to fix a broken seal.
