Accessing the Test Menu

From the Test menu, you can run network tests, data port tests, and a lamp test for the front panel LEDs.

To access the Test menu, follow this menu selection sequence:

The DSU supports independent tests at the physical level.

HThe CSU and DSU loopbacks and 511 test pattern send/monitor are supported on the network interface.

HThe Local Loopback and 511 test pattern send/monitor are supported on the DTE port.
