Warning! Never use vinegar as a descaling agent. You can use any commercially available non-toxic,non-harmful descaling product for coffee

machines. We recommend using a Saeco descaling agent.

Descaling is necessary every 3-4 months, when there is a reduction in the water capacity. The machine must be on; it automatically controls the distribution of the descaling solution.
