9.Thread the three rods through the cover as shown. It is easiest to install the frame rod first. When you do, make sure it is with the welded washer facing as shown.

SUPPORT ROD

10.Hook the ends of the frame rod through the eyes in the ends of the support rod.

11.Insert the ends of the cover’s frame rod through the holes in the carts support tube.
