Beforeyou install the KPS25s into your system,reviewthe following guidelinesto choosethe location for the KPS25s. This will facilitate aclean,trouble-freeinstallation. TheKPS25sdoesnot require a special rack

or cabinetfor installation. Forthedimensions of the KPS25sseeSpecifications on page 20.

1.Placethe KPS25son a firm level sur- face, awayfrom excessiveheat, humi- dity or moisture.

2.The KPS25s incorporates an advan- ced suspension systemand does not requireadditional masscouplingor iso- lation. Youmayexperimentwith feet or conesas long as they are not perma- nently affixed to the chassis.Anyunau- thorizedmodificationsto the electronics or chassiswill voidthe warranty.

IMPORTANT:Please do not attach enhancementaccessories such as rings, mats, or dampersto individual CDs.These

accessories maycauseproblemswith the transport mechanism,resulting in erratic playbackand/or poorsound.

Donot removeor bypassthe groundpin on the endof the ACcord. This maycauseRFI (radio frequencyinterference)to beinduced into your playbacksystem.

The KPS25s has superb regulation and doesnot require a dedicatedACcircuit. Avoid connectionsthroughextensioncords or multiple ACadapters.Highquality 15amp groundedACstdps are acceptable. High quality ACline conditionersor filters canbe used if they are groundedand meet or exceedthe unit's powersupplyrating of 100 VA.
