The cutterblade is sharp; contacting the cutterblade can result in serious personal injury.
Wear gloves when servicing the cutterblade.
1.Disconnect the spark plug lead from the spark plug. Refer to Preparing for Maintenance.
2.Tip the mower onto its side, with the air filter up.
3.Use a block of wood to hold the cutterblade steady (Figure 51).

4.Remove the cutterblade, keeping all mounting parts.
5.Install the new cutterblade and all mounting parts.
