Connect the supplied AC power cord or batteries (see page 4).

Slide the FUNCTION switch to TAPE position.

Press the STOP/EJECT button to open the tape compartment and insert a recorded tape. Close the door.

Press the PLAY button. The player turns on and starts playing.
