RECORDING ON A TAPE

Connect the supplied AC power cord or batteries (see page 4).

STOP/EJECT

Press the STOP/EJECT button to open the tape compartment and insert a blank tape. Select the program source (AM, FM, TV1, TV2, CD, or, built-in microphone) you want to record.

To record from the CD player, insert a CD and follow the steps to play a CD (see page 5).

To record from the radio, slide the FUNCTION switch to RADIO, and tune into the station you want (see page 7).

To record from the built-in microphone, leave the FUNCTION switch at the TAPE position, and speak in front of the set.

Press the RECORD button to start

 

recording. (The PLAY button is OK

To hear what you recorded, slide

 

the FUNCTION switch to TAPE

 

position, then press REWIND and OK
