You can check the mobile device’s charging status via the wireless charging indicator.

•If the mobile device is not charging after being connected to the backpack, turn off
the mobile device and then turn it on again.•The backpack is an auxiliary external battery. It may not fully charge some mobile devices.
•If the backpack and the mobile device is exposed to extremely hot or cold temperatures or an error occurs, the wireless charging indicator will flash in blue. Disconnect the mobile device from the backpack, and then reconnect them.
