Contacting a service centre

If you have attempted the troubleshooting solution and are still having problems with your device, make a note of the following information and contact your local dealer or Samsung after-sales service:

The SIM card Ensure that the SIM card is missing. is installed correctly.

Enter PIN. When using the device for the first time or when the PIN requirement feature is enabled, you must enter the PIN supplied with the SIM card. To disable the PIN requirement feature, tap Start Settings Personal tab Phone Phone tab, and then clear the Require PIN when phone is used check box.
