File numbers are assigned to recorded fi les in the order they were recorded.

1.Press the MENU button  Control joystick (/)  “Settings”  Control joystick (//OK)  “File No.”

2.Select the desired submenu item with the Control joystick (/), and then press the OK button.

3.Press the MENU button to exit the menu.

Submenu Items

“Series”	is replaced with another one or after formatting, or after	-
	deleting all fi les. The fi le number is reset when a new
	folder is created.
“Reset”	Resets the fi le number to 0001 even after formatting,	-
	deleting all fi les or inserting a new memory card.

When you set “File No.” to “Series.” each fi le is assigned with a different number so as to avoid duplicating fi le names. It is convenient when you want to manage your fi les on a computer.

Time Zone

You can easily set the clock to the local time when using your camcorder while travelling.

1.Press the MENU button  Control joystick (/)  “Settings”  Control joystick (//OK)  “Time Zone.”

2.Select the desired submenu item with the Control joystick (/), and then press the OK button.

3.Press the MENU button to exit the menu.
