User Controls

Using the Remote Control

Power

Refer12. to the “Power On/Off the Projector” section on pages 11,

Laser Button (for XD1270/XD1280 series only)

Aim the remote at the viewing screen, press and hold this but- ton to activate the laser pointer.

Resync

Automatically synchronizes the projector to the input source.

Source

Press “Source” to choose RGB, Component-p, Component-i, S-Video, Composite Video, DVI-D (Optional) and HDTV sources.

Freeze

Press “Freeze” to pause the screen image.

Hide

Momentarily turns off the video. Press “Hide” to hide image, press again to restore display of the image.

Aspect Ratio

Use this function to choose your desired aspect ratio. (Auto/4:3/16:9)

Mute

Use this key to close the volume.

Four Directional Select Keys

Use to select items or make adjustments to your selection for the OSD menu operation.

Keystone

Adjusts image distortion caused by tilting the projector (±16 degrees).

Menu

Press Menu” to launch the on screen display menu. To exit OSD, press “Menu” again.

Zoom

Digital Zoom in/out.
