Trouble shooting

If you are having problems operating the AM-898, or suspect something is wrong with the unit, please check the troubleshoot list below to see if the issue is a result of incorrect operation rather than equipment malfunction. Problem	Possible Reason	Solusion
No power	Power core loose	Reinstall the power plug
	Preset max music output volume is 0, it	Set the preset music volume higher
	will limit the music output level to 0.
No music output
	Select the wrong audio input	Switch to correct audio input
	Audio input plug loose	Reinstall the audio input cable
	Microphone cable broke	Fix or replace the cable
	Microphone plug loose	Reinstall the microphone plug
No microphone output
	Master microphone volume knob sets to 0	Adjust the volume to appropriate level
	Mic. Max volume(in Mic. Menu) sets to 0	Adjust the volume to appropriate level
No video output	Video input loose; Wrong video input	Reinstall video input; switch to correct
	switch; Video device setup error	video input ; Change another device.
No mixing effect	Max effect level(in Mic. Menu) sets to 0	Adjust the volume to appropriate level
	Audio input loose	Reinstall the audio input
One channel no sound
	Speaker cable loose	Reconnect the cable to speaker
Remote doesn’t work	Out of batteries	Change the batteries and try again
