B.If you see “Infrared Devices” at the Device Manager, click it. If it shows “SigmaTel USB-IrDA Dongle”, that means you have installed Windows XP Native Driver.

C.Then you need to follow next step to remove it before go back to install the correct driver from installation CD.

D. Right click on “SigmaTel USB-IrDA Dongle”. Click on Uninstall.
