3.An FCC compliant telephone cord with a modular plug may be provided with this equip- ment. This equipment is designed to be connected to the telephone network or premises wiring using a compatible modular jack, which is FCC Part 68 compliant. See installation instructions for details.
4.If this equipment causes harm to the telephone network, the telephone company may tem- porarily discontinue service. If possible, advance notification is given; otherwise, notifica- tion is given as soon as possible. The telephone company will advise the customer of the right to file a complaint with the FCC.
5.The telephone company may make changes in its facilities, equipment, operations, or pro- cedures that could affect the proper operation of this equipment. If this happens, the tele- phone company will provide advance notification and the opportunity to make the necessary modifications to maintain uninterrupted service.
