CAUTION Use original packaging or comparable. Instrument damage can result from
using packaging materials other than the original materials. Never use styrene
pellets as packaging material. They do not adequa tely cushion the instrument
or prevent it from shifting in the carton. They may also cause instrument
damage by generating static electricity.
2Return the probe adapter in its case or pack the adapter in foam or other s hock
absorbing material and place it in a strong shipping container.
3Seal the shipping container securely.
4In all correspondence, refer to the probe adapter by model number and ful l
serial number.
5Retain copies of all shipping papers.
