La empresa AKG otorga garantía por 12 meses a partir de la fecha de compra por todos los defectos de material o fabricación. El derecho de garantía caduca en caso de manejo inadecuado, daños eléctricos o mecánicos por uso indebido

o reparación por talleres no autorizados. La condición para la prestación de la garantía es la presentación de la factura de compra. La empresa AKG no se hace cargo de los gastos de transporte y franqueo resultantes del envío del aparato para

su reparación. Los riesgos de envío los asume el cliente. El servicio de garantía es prestado sólo al comprador inicial del aparato.

En la garantía no están incluidas las pilas recargables y no recargables.
