An Alphasonik Extended Warranty Registration Card must be submitted to Alphasonik, Inc. within 30 days of purchase. To process any warranty claim, Alphasonik, Inc. will require the dated proof of purchase, which must specifi- cally show the model and serial number and that installation was provided for the product in question.
