TroubleshootingSymptom Possible Problem Solution
No Power
LED lit. Power cord isn’t connected to a wall outlet. Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
Surge protector (if used) isn’t powered on. If the power cord is plugged into a surge protector,make sure the surge
protector is switched on.
Wall outlet is not functioning. Plug another device into a wall outlet (same outlet) to confirm the outlet
is working.
The small speaker unit is not connected to the
larger subwoofer unit. Insert the DIN cable from the smaller speaker unit into the input marked
“DIN”on the back of the larger subwoofer unit.
No sound
from speakers. The SIRIUShome antenna is not getting a signal. Make sure the antenna points south outdoors or through a window.

Volume is set too low. The VOLUME knob on the SR4021 receiver controls the master volume.
Turn the knob clockwise to increase the volume.
The SR receiver is not correctly seated into the
docking station.The SIRIUS receiver is not
correctly seated into the docking station.
Remove SIRIUSreceiver and re-seat it in the docking station.
The SIRIUSreceiver is properly docked and the
SR4021 system’s blue LED is lit,but the SIRIUS
receiver is in the “mute”mode.
Turn off the “mute”function on the SIRIUS receiver by pressing the mute
button on the receiver or your remote control.
Sound is
distorted. Volume level on SR4021 system is set too high. The VOLUME knob on the smaller speaker unit controls the master
volume.Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease the volume.
