adjus table set- points between 50°F and 195° F (10°C to 91°C); and hold tempe ratu re key with an adjusta ble hold range

from 60°F to 205°F (15°C to 96° C). Con trol incl udes eight (8) progr amm abl e menu keys with lockin g capa bili ty along

wit h the ability to set ind ivi dual cook and hold para met ers; hol d mode coun t-up tim er, ind ica tor light s for operat ion
