The display case is construc ted of 18 gaug e, non-magne tic sta inless stee l. A curved, tempe red glas s front enclos es the display case and can be lifted to a 90 degree angl e for easy clea ning. Rem ovab le, sliding gla ss doors on the oper ator side are inc lud ed. Sliding door tracks have a “cl ean sweep ” cuto ut allow ing for easy cleani ng and crum b removal . Frame d end clear glass with rubber gask et material protec ts gla ss edges from chippin g and brea kage . The base is divide d into two (2) indivi dual ly managed heat zon es with each zone controll ed by a sepa rate thermos tat wit h a range of 1 through 10 and heat- on indi cato r light . Ove rhead ligh ts are cont rolle d by ON/OFF swit ches in two (2) light zone s. Two (2) 125V plug out lets are avail abl e as an option on 120/2 08-24 0V uni ts only.
