The displa y case is constr ucted of 18 gauge, non-magneti c stai nless ste el and is mount ed direc tly on top of two ped esta l risers . A cur ved, tempe red glass front enclo ses the display case and can be lifted to a 90 degre e angle for easy cleaning . Remo vable, slidin g glas s doo rs on the oper ator side are inclu ded. Slid ing door trac ks have a “cl ean swe ep” cut out allowin g for easy clean ing and crumb remo val. Framed end glas s with rubb er gasket materi al prote cts gla ss edges from chippi ng and breakage . The bas e is divid ed into two (2) individ uall y mana ged heat zones with eac h zone control led by a separate thermo stat with a range of 1 through 10 and heat-o n ind ica tor light. Ove rhead lights are cont rolle d by ON/OFF swit ches in two (2) ligh t zone s. Two (2) 125V plug out lets are ava ila ble as an opt ion on 120/ 208-2 40V units only.
