DECORATOR BASE

The disp lay case is constr ucted of 18 gauge, non-m agne tic stainless steel and is mounte d dire ctly on top of two pedestal risers. A curved, tempered glass front enclose s the displ ay case and can be lifted to a 90 degree angle for easy cleaning. Remov able, sliding glass doors on the operator side are included. Sliding door tracks have a "clean sweep” cutout allowi ng for easy clean ing and crumb remov al. Framed end glass with rubbe r gaske t material prote cts glass edge s from chipp ing and breaka ge. The base is divided into three (3) individually manag ed heat zones with each zone controll ed by a separate thermostat with a rang e of 1 through 10 and heat-on indicator light. Overhead lights are controll ed by ON/OFF switche s in three (3) light zones. Two (2) 125V plug outlets are availabl e as an option on 120/208-240V unit s only.
