Right-clicking a file gives you a dropdown menu with the following options:
Edit: Opens the file
E-Mail: Opens your computer’s default e-mail program to e-mail the selected file
Save As: Lets you name and save the file to a selected folder
Delete: Deletes selected file
Delete All: Deletes all files in gallery
