• Turn off virtual memory
• Turn off the power
• Remove the I/O door
• Remove the rear housing
• Discharge the CRT
• Remove the anode cap
• Disconnect the
microphone cable
• Remove the rear EMI
shield
• Remove the modem card
(if present)
