Obtaining Warranty Service

If your Time Capsule appears to be damaged or doesn’t function properly, follow the advice in this booklet, the onscreen help, and the online resources.

If your Time Capsule still doesn’t function, go to www.apple.com/support for information about getting warranty service.

Finding the Serial Number of Your Time Capsule

The serial number is printed on the bottom of your Time Capsule.
