5.It displays Add New Hardware Wizard dialog box shown on your screen for a few seconds with the identifier name (Modem Device) of your modem.
6.Choose Specify the location of the driver. Click Avanti.
7.Add New Hardware Wizard dialog box will display on screen. Choose Browse for driver folder (Ex: D:\Driver\WinMe). Click Avanti.
