1When Early Start is enabled (On), the thermostat determines when heating or cooling should start so the desired temperature is reached at the set time.

2When this function is On, the thermostat automatically switches to daylight sav- ings time on the second Sunday of March and to normal time on the first Sunday of November (see section 5.2).

nTo access the configuration menu, press the backlight button for 3 seconds.

oTo go to the next parameter (menu item), briefly press the back- light button.

pTo modify a parameter, press . q Repeat steps 2 and 3 if necessary.

rPress the backlight button for 3 seconds to exit the configura- tion menu.

5.Programming

5.1 Setting the Time and Day

nPress [ Clk ]. The hour flashes.

oSet the hour using .

pPress [ Clk ]. The minutes flash. q Set the minutes using .

r Press [ Clk ]. The day flashes. s Set the day using .

t Press [ Exit ] to exit.

5.2Setting the Date (TH148LE-P model only)

The date must be needed for the daylight-savings changeover func- tion.

nPress [ Clk ] for 3 seconds to display the year.

oSet the year using and press [ Clk ] to dis-

play the month.

pSet the month using and press [ Clk ] to dis-

play the date.

qSet the date using . r Press [ Exit ] to exit.

5.3 Pre-programmed Schedule

When set in automatic mode, the thermostat follows the pro- grammed schedule. You can program up to 4 periods per day. To program a period, you must set its start time, its heating setpoint and its cooling setpoint. You can have a different program for each day of the week.
