The phone book stores up to 300 entries, each of which can be assigned to a group. Entries can be retrieved by name, phone number or group.

FIND

BY NAME

Retrieves an entry by group, voice name, name and number,

and calls by simply pressing .

1.Press [MENU] .

2.Enter a name or its character string and press [OK] to display the names in alphabetical order. Please refer to page 33 about using the Alpha Editor.

If there is no match, “Cannot Find Name” will appear.

3.All matching entries will be displayed. Select an

entry and either delete it by pressing [DEL] or view it by pressing [OK].

If the entry is set to secret, you will be asked for your password.

4.To call the selected number, press .

BY GROUP

1.Press [MENU].

2.Select one of the following groups (Family, Friends, Work, Etc., All) with [OK].

3.All group entries will be displayed. Select an entry

and either delete it by pressing [DEL] or view it by pressing [OK].

You will be asked to enter the password if the entry is set to secret.

4.To call a selected number, press .

BY NUMBER

1.Press [MENU] .

2.To search through the menu, enter a part of the phone number and press [OK].

If there is no match, “Cannot Find Name” will appear.
