a. Select TV DISPLAY using UP/DOWN, and then press RIGHT to enter the submenu. Select the TV display mode on the screen using UP/DOWN, and press ENTER to con- firm the setting. Press LEFT to return.
*NORMAL/PS: When the player is connected to a normal TV, and a wide picture is shown on the full screen, with a portion that may be cut off automatically.
*NORMAL/LB: When the player is connected to a normal TV, and a wide picture is shown on the screen, with black strip at both top and bottom of the screen.
*WIDE: When the player is connected to a wide screen TV, a wide picture is shown on the full screen.
b. Select TV TYPE using UP/DOWN, and then press RIGHT to enter the submenu. Select the TV TYPE mode on the screen using UP/DOWN, and press ENTER to confirm the setting. Press LEFT to RETURN.
*NTSC: Select this option when the DVD player is connected to an NTSC TV.
*PAL: Select this option when tne DVD player is connected to a PAL TV.
Note: This selection is for DVD Output and not the TV Tuner.
Please note the USA uses NTSC Only. Do not change unless you know what you are doing.
