8.LCD Display: Displays the current GMRS/FRS channel number as well as various control function indications.
9.Monitor/FM (MON/FM) Button: Momentarily press to bypass the squelch and listen to channel activity. Press and hold to access the FM radio mode.

): Press and hold this button for 2 seconds to turn the transceiver on or off.
11.VOX HI/LOW/OFF Switch: Enables VOX mode in the HI or LOW sensitivity position.
