Secure Desktop Switching for DoDIIS Trusted Workstation Applications

The SwitchView SC4 UAD KVM Switch

Requirement: A government analyst needs to consolidate a DoDIIS Trusted Workstation (DTW) and a separate unsecure workstation with one keyboard, mouse and monitor. The DTW consists of a Sun® Microsystems Trusted SolarisTM Server running the Sun RayTM Session Server software and delivers the user applications to the desktop through a Sun Ray Ultra-Thin Client. The DTW gives the analyst access to multiple secure networks (data, home directories, applications) of varying classifi cations from a single desktop and is a client/ server-based architecture.
