Acceso al producto

Utilice las herramientas suministradas en el CD del software de instalación y gestión para asignar una dirección IP, establecer la contraseña y acceder a la transmisión de vídeo. Esta información también está disponible en las páginas de asistencia técnica en www.axis.com/techsup/

Restablecimiento a la configuración predeterminada de fábrica

Importante

Hay que tener cuidado al restablecer la configuración predeterminada de fábrica. Se restablecerán todos los valores, incluida la dirección IP, a la configuración predeterminada de fábrica.

Para restablecer el producto a la configuración predeterminada de fábrica:

1.Pulse los botones de control y de reinicio al mismo tiempo.

2.Suelte el botón de reinicio y mantenga pulsado el botón de control.

3.Siga pulsando el botón de control hasta que el indicador de alimentación sea verde y los 6 indicadores de estado tengan color ámbar (esto puede tardar hasta 15 segundos).

4.Suelte el botón de control. Cuando los indicadores de estado emitan una luz verde (lo que puede tardar hasta 1 minuto), ha finalizado el proceso y se ha restablecido la unidad.

5.Vuelva a asignar las direcciones IP utilizando uno de los métodos descritos en este documento.

Nota

Para restablecer la configuración predeterminada de fábrica original de un único canal, use el botón proporcionado en la interfaz web de dicha unidad.
