Troubleshooting
If your device is not charging or operating properly, take the following steps:
1.Disconnect the Laptop Power Adapter from its power source.
2.Verify that the correct power tip has been installed by checking the Power- Tip Compatibility List. NEVER force a power tip into an electronic device.
3.Reconnect the Laptop Power Adapter. Check that all connections are secure.
4.Plug the correct power tip into your electronic device. The device should begin charging regardless of whether it is powered on or not.
