Vacuum cleaner won’t run
Possible causes
1.Vacuum cleaner is not plugged in
2.Household fuse/circuit breaker
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn power OFF and disconnect polarized plug from electrical outlet before performing maintenance or troubleshooting.
Remedies
1.Check electrical plug
2.Check/replace fuse or circuit breaker
Decreasing suction or no suction
Possible causes | Remedies |
1.Floor nozzle, flexible hose, or extension wand is blocked 1. Remove each part and check for blockages
2. | Filters are dirty | 2. | Check both filters and clean or replace |

3. | Dust bag is full | 3. | Replace with new dust bag |
4. | Crack or hole in flexible hose | 4. | Check hose and replace if needed |
5. | Hose is clogged | 5. | Remove hose, check for a clog and clear |

Cord does not rewind fully |

1. | Cord may be twisted or wound unevenly | 1. | Gently pull the cord out and rewind |
