Your package should include the following items:

•Active Star Hub RJ-11 (IC207A) or Active Star Hub RJ-45 (IC208A)

•100-240 VAC input external power supply (attached to Hub)

•This users’ manual

If anything is missing or damaged, please contact Black Box at 724-746-5500.

CAUTION

Do not apply power to any damaged component!
