Please observe the following instructions and keep them handy for reference, to ensure that your grinder will give you many years of satisfaction.

This salt and pepper grinder is made of high-grade stainless steel and plastic.

It consists of a transparent grinder with stainless steel base and top (1) and stainless steel/rubber grip (2).

There are two ceramic grinding mechanisms (3) and (4), which are permanently sharp and tasteless.

All parts are food safe.

Instructions for use

Filling: Place the grinder on the work surface and lift up the grip of the grinder (pull not turn) (7). Fill the opening with the white bottom (5) with salt grains and the opening with the black bottom (6) with pepper corns. Close the opening of the grinder by putting the grip back on the grinder (push not turn). Do not overfill the grinder.

Grinding: Turn the grip to the right towards «P» for pepper to grind pepper or turn the grip to the left towards «S» for salt to grind salt.

Fineness of grinding: The fineness of grinding can be adjusted by turning both adjustment screws (white for salt (3) or black for pepper (4). The tighter the adjustment screws are turned, the finer the grinding.

Cleaning

Not suitable for dishwashers.

Clean the ceramic grinding mechanism with a brush.

Do not use scouring agents or steel wool, otherwise the acrylic glass will become scratched.
