AFTER USING THE MIXER

–Make sure none of the buttons are lit up and the blender is switched off. Unplug the power cord. Clean all parts immediately after use.

–The appliance is equipped with suction feet. Lift the blender base carefully.

CARE AND CLEANING

–Disconnect the blender from the mains before cleaning it.

–Do not use abrasive cleaners.

–The blender jar and the blade can be cleaned without disassembly.

–Place the blender jar on the motor base, fill one-fourth full with lukewarm water, and add a few drops of dish- washing liquid. Place the lid and the lid cap on the jar

and run the blender for 5 to 10 seconds on the speed setting. Remove the jar and empty contents. Rinse the jar with warm water.

–The lid and the lid cap can be washed in warm water with a few drops of dishwashing liquid. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

–The jar, lid and lid cap can be also washed in the dish- washer. The lid and lid cap are only dishwasher safe on the top rack.

–Use a damp cloth only to clean the motor base. Make sure the appliance is unplugged.

–Never immerse the motor base, mains plug or cord in water: remember that this is an electrical appliance.

–Any other servicing should be performed by an autho- rized service representative.

STORING THE BLENDER

–The cord should always be stored in the cord retainer (9).

–Note: always keep the blender disconnected from the mains when not using it.
