Preparing and inserting thetransport bolts
Before transporting the washing machine:
-Turn off the water tap.
-Release the water pressure in the supply hose (refer to Page54).
-Drain any residual washing solution (refer to Page5).
- Disconnect the washing machine from the mains.
-Detach the hoses.
-Install the lower transport bolts.
Having transported the appliance and ensured properinstallation and connection, allow the •Drain" programme to run through before starting the first wash programme.
Remove the lower covers.
Prepare the transport bolts:
Loosen the screw in the sleeve until the end of
screw is level with the end of the sleeve.
Through the open washing machine door have
asecond person pull the top of the drum forwar and hold in this position.
Insert the transportation protection devices1and
2and tighten the bolts. The washer lugs must be located in the groove in the rear panel of the housing.
