How to use the volume control

Your computer hardware may have an external volume control. In addition, the computer’s operating software and some other soft- ware you use may provide on-screen controls for the volume.

Decide which controls you prefer to use to adjust the volume while you listen. Then follow the proper instructions on page 9 for setting the controls you will not use.
