Molienda del café

Llene el recipiente del molinillo sin sobrepasar el borde (a). A continua- ción coloque la tapa transparente 2 en el aparato. Presionar el interruptor 3 para que se ponga en funcionamiento

(b). Para pararlo, simplemente deje de presionar el interruptor.

Como guía general, el cuadro siguiente indica la cantidad de granos de café y el tiempo de molienda recomendado:

Se recomienda no hacerlo funcionar más de 30 segs. seguidos. Un mayor tiempo en funcionamiento no pruduce un molido más fino, sino que sólo elevaría innecesariamente la tempe- ratura del café, en detrimento de su aroma. Rápidamente conseguira su grado de molienda.

Después de moler el café quite la tapa transparente 2 del cuerpo del aparato 1 y retire el café molido (c). Para más precisión utilice el gradua- dor de capacidad 4 de la tapa 2.

Nota: Para conservar el aroma del café se recomienda molerlo justo antes de su elaboración.
