add 2 ripe avocados (quartered, without skin and stone)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
150 ml (1/2 cup) yogurt 1/2 tsp. sugar,
salt and pepper
Using the high-speed switch #, blend for about one minute.
