Step 1.
Ensure the Die Cast Citrus Pressis correctly
assembled with a glass or jug, placed under the
Juice Spoutbefore juicing commences.
Step 2.
Cut the citrus fruit in half by cutting across the
fruit segments, rather than across the tip ends,
to ensure more efficient juicing.
For the best contact with the FruitDome,
smooth the outside of the fruit by trimming any
knobbly tip ends such as the ends of a lemon
or tangelo.
Step 3.
Plug the power cord into a 120v power outlet
and then switch the On/Off button to ON. This
begins operation of the Citrus Press.
