Allow the crêpe to cook until the top surface is no
longer runny,about 45-60 seconds, and the crêpe
can be moved slightly on the cooking plate.
Insert a large heat proof plastic food slide under the
crêpe and turn the crêpe over to cook the other side.
Do not use metal utensils to turn the crêpe as
they will scratch the surface of the non-stick
cooking surface.
Note
Cookcrêpe until just golden.Do not overcook.Remove
crêpefrom the cookingplate using a largeheatproof
plasticfood slide and placeonto a storage plate. Repeat
withremaining batterstacking crêpesonto storageplate
withpieces of grease-proofpaper inbetween each
crêpeto prevent sticking.If the last crêpe cookedwas
toodark, adjust the temperatureselectionof the Breville
CrêpeCreations beforemaking yournext crêpe.
Crêpes can be either rolled or folded (Fig 5,6 & 7)
and filled with desired ingredients (refer to recipe
ideas on Page 12-16).
Atthe end of cooking,switchthecrêpe makeroff by
pressingtheOn/Offswitch to the‘Off’ position.Turnthe
poweroff at thepower outletand removethe plug.
Allowthe appliancetocool then cleanbeforestoring.
