GENERAL MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
The Owner/Operator is responsible for making sure that all periodic maintenance tasks are completed on a timely basis; that all discrepancies are corrected; and that the unit is kept clean and properly stored. NEVER operate a
damaged or defective generator.

An oil drain hose is provided for your convenience to change the oil. Store hose in a convenient location for periodic maintenance.
Changing Oil
1.Attach one end of oil drain hose to oil drain fitting.
2.Place other end of oil drain tube into approved container.
3.Push in and rotate oil drain fitting 1/4 turn counterclockwise. Slowly pull outward until oil starts draining (Figure 10). DO NOT pull oil drain fitting off engine.

4.When oil has drained, push oil drain fitting in and rotate 1/4 turn clockwise until it locks in place.
5.Remove the oil drain hose from the oil drain fitting and clean up any spilled oil.
CAUTION
Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact with used motor oil.
•Used motor oil has been shown to cause skin cancer in certain laboratory animals.
•Thoroughly wash exposed areas with soap and water.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DON'T POLLUTE. CONSERVE RESOURCES. RETURN USED OIL TO COLLECTION CENTERS.
