Step 5
Attach tank holder onto cart base by using three M6 X 12mm bolts (black).
Note: With the help of a friend, turn the cart assembly over. Try to minimize the stress to the legs.
Step 6
Attach locking casters to the bottom of the legs. Tighten caster bolts securely using hex nut wrench provided in parts pack.
Step 7
Install the wheels as illustrated, by inserting the wheel axle bolts through the wheels, washers and right side cart leg axle holes. Tighten axle bolts securely using hex nut wrench provided in parts pack.
Step 8
Snap wheel hubcaps onto the outside of wheels as illustrated.
